Anytime during the year, if you move, don't forget to update the division by submitting an Address Change Form available on our Forms page.  Failure to notify the division of an address change could result in your application getting denied or a delay in distributing the dividend.

myPFD is YOUR source to check the status on your Adult and Child applications. You can also see if additional documents are needed in the Document Center. Log in using your myAlaska account or with your Alaska driver's license or Alaska State ID number.

 
August 31, 2016 DEADLINE
  • Direct Deposit add, change or withdraws must be submitted to the division by completing the Direct Deposit Form.

     

  • University of Alaska College Savings Plan add or withdraws must be submitted to the division by completing the UA College Savings Plan Add or Withdraw Form OR on your 2016 application record through myPFD.

Check Your Application Status

  • Check your Application Status by selecting "myPFD". Please remember, you will need your Alaska Driver's License or ID to view your information.
  • To attach an Electronic Signature or print a Signature Page, visit "myPFD" and select the Document Center tab in your record. 
  • Make sure your address is current on your application. To update an address, visit our Forms Page and provide us with an Address Change Form.

Payment Schedule

  • 2015 (and prior years) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on July 15, 2016 will be distributed July 21, 2016.
  • 2015 (and prior years) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on August 12, 2016 will be distributed August 18, 2016.
  • 2016 (current year) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on September 16, 2016 will be distributed October 6, 2016.
