2025 PFD Filing Season

The PFD filing season is coming to an end soon.  The filing deadline is March 31, 2025. 

• The Online Application will be available until March 31, 2025, through 11:59 PM.
• The PFD office lobbies and phone queue will be available Monday – Friday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM through Friday, March 28, 2025. 

Monday, March 31, 2025, is a state holiday, Seward’s Day.  The PFD division offices, however, will be open to the public to collect applications from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.  The phone queue will NOT be open.

On March 31, 2025:

• The Anchorage and Fairbanks office lobbies will be open.
• The State Office Building (SOB) in Juneau will be closed and locked due to the holiday.
• The Juneau PFD office staff will be available for paper application pick up/drop off on P2 next to the elevator banks at the front door of the Willoughby Avenue entrance, across from Bullwinkle's.  
  

PFD applications received OR postmarked after March 31, 2025, will be denied as late.  Don’t delay, apply today!

CHECK YOUR APPLICATION STATUS

• Check your Application Status by selecting "myPFD".
• Make sure your address is current on your application. If you electronically signed your PFD application, you can sign into "myPFD" and update your address online OR you can complete the  Address Change Form, and submit it to one of our offices.

2024 Dividend Amount

September 19, 2024 - The 2024 Permanent Fund Dividend amount is $1,702.   

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

• 2024 (and prior year) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on March 12, 2025, will be distributed on March 20, 2025.    

• 2024 (and prior year) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on April 9, 2025, will be distributed on April 17, 2025.  
  
  
• 2024 (and prior year) dividend applications that are in "Eligible-Not Paid" status on May 7, 2025, will be distributed on May 15, 2025.     

myAlaska Information

The myAlaska system is used as a Secure Single Sign-on and Signature for Alaskans. This operates as an authentication and electronic signature system which allows Alaskans to interact with multiple State of Alaska agencies through a single log-in. The PFD Division partners with but is a separate entity from myAlaska.

*MYALASKA WARNING! There are reports that some myAlaska users are receiving phishing text messages requesting users change or update their passwords. Do not respond to these messages. myAlaska DOES NOT send text messages or emails to users requesting that they change their passwords.

Our mission is to administer the permanent fund dividend program assuring that all eligible Alaskans receive timely dividends, fraud is prosecuted, and all internal and external stakeholders are treated with respect.
